Job Description

General Responsibilities:

To implement on all practical aspects of Security Standard Operations Procedure; Responsible to follow through Security Manager's instruction in the co-ordination and monitoring the Security and Fire Prevention and Occupational Health and Safety Programs throughout the hotel; To ensure the continues protection of guests, employees and hotel assets;

Major Responsibilities:

Patrol of all areas of the hotel noting, recording and informing management of all potential problems or hazards found; Keep then Hotel Management been informed of all incidents occurring within the hotel via both verbal and properly instructed written report To monitor and control access to Back of the House area of the hotel by establishing bone-fides of all visitors, contractor and associates; Be conversant with the operating hours of the hotel and their outlets as well as the facilities available for guest enjoyment and use appropriate opportunities to "sell" the hotel to prospective guests. To carry out task on the random spot check and inspections to ensure the hotel property are safely in placed; To ensure the Occupational, Safety and Health requirement are observed To take good care of all the VVIP/VIP effectively from the moment of the arrival towards the departure.; Keep hotel Management informed of all incidents occurring within the hotel via both verbal and properly instructed written reports;

Requirements:

Minimum SPM certification; Applicants with experience in the Safety and Hospitality industry will be an added advantage; Able to communicate in both written and verbal for Bahasa Malaysia and English language; Team player who is highly independent self-motivated results-oriented and innovative; Pleasant personality with good problem-solving skills; Able to work on shifts, weekends and during Public Holidays;
