Duties & Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in developing, implementing and executing security policies and procedures in the company. \xe2\x80\xa2 Always ensure a high level of compliance with security policies and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify security risks and provide suggestion to the management to overcome the risk. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to delegate, train and coach a team of security personnel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle and provide security awareness advice to the management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Investigate complaints and feedback on security matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 On call 24/7 to provide prompt assistance, advice, instructions when handling emergency cases or occurrences. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor security personnel performance and maintain the level of discipline and integrity on each personnel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all the safety and surveillance tools and equipment such as CCTV cameras are functioning well. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all documentations (e.g., forms, checklists, reports, etc.) are completed in a proper & timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain, keep and update all the daily security monitoring record for management review. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and coordinate security operations for day-to-day activities and specific events. Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication skills and a "people" person. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with report writing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate. \xe2\x80\xa2 Flexible with working hours and dedicated to his tasks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess a valid driving license (D license).
