Deine Aufgaben
- Assist with the development of trainings, educational programs, and comminication on security policies and topics to ensure staff is prepare for potentioal security issues, crisis responces,disaster recovery,evacuation, workplace violance and other emergency event.
- All security enforcement will be conducted in accordance with company processes and in accordance with ams OSRAM Code of Conduct. Partnering with various personnel including, but not limited to, other Corporate Security personnel, Compliance Department, Human Resources, technical/IT investigators, and Law Enforcement Agencies.
- Assess and implement Security programs, make recommendations to Site Security management relating to security effectiveness, efficiency, and continuous improvements. Establish and implement documented Security SOP accordance with company policies, rules and regulations.
- Audits and recommend corrective measures to department management on security incidents/findings /gaps as part of theft and loss prevention initiatives related to Manufacturing Process, Material Transfer, Waste/Scrap Management Center, Scrap Disposal , High Value Products/Items , Product Counterfeiting, etc.
- Conduct Bi-Annually/Annually Company Security Risk Assessments, Analyze Security Data Trends, provide recommendations to close the gaps and implement loss prevention programs in place.
- "Monitoring Security System or other surveillance equipment to identify potential threats to security or safety.
- Maintaining records of security activities and incidents, including maintenance of computerized databases of information about individuals who have been terminated from employment due to security concerns.
- Develop and maintain contact with Law Enforcement Agencies at the local, state and federal levels. Provide witness statements and/or evidence to external Law Enforcement Agencies or courts as part of the investigative process. He is the main contact for any security/company cases related to the Law Enforcement Agencies. Support Criminal Vetting dealing with Investigation Agency /Law Enforcement as requested by security management.
Wen wir suchen
- Bachelor of Security Management, Business Administration or any Relevant Degree.
- 5 years above working experience in MNC and experienced in local laws ,physical security operations, standard and compliance will be strongly recommended
- Security Project Management and develop Security SOP/Work Instructions.
- 5 years above of strong leadership experience and managed more than 40 security assistants/workers. Knowledgeable with Security System Projects such as CCTV, Access Card Reader, Alarm System amp; Badging System to assist investigation effectively.
- Dealing and working with multinational employees with different regions and countries.
- Local Law Enforcement experiences, knowledgeable with local law/ Panel Code and security standards will be strongly recommended.
- Good in People and Project Management Task Cycles
- Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office XP (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook an Knowledge of Security System and project management
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English Languages (Spoken amp; Written)
- Effective communication with subordinates, management groups, key stakeholders/department, Security Management and Government Authorities.
- Strong leadership with the ability to lead an security operation and system team and/or drive training to Security Supervisor and Officers. Solid ability to build comprehensive security program plans.
