: Work with the Quality Assurance Lead and other relevant stakeholders to develop, implement, and manage security policies and related processes, as well as to predict and prevent future occurrences in an effort to mitigate potential threats and minimize risks. Conduct a periodic security and risk assessment, which includes identifying security gaps, assessing current risks, and identifying potential operational threats. Investigate and resolve cases involving suspected fraudulent actions and non-compliance issues by working collaboratively within or across the Quality Assurance team. Review of CCTV footage in order to summarize the incident log and provide evidence to support the investigation. Analyze non-compliance reports from operations and issues prepare a presentation for relevant stakeholders. Escalates threats or issues to the appropriate level of importance for law enforcement and other internal and external resources as needed. Requirements: Male / Female, age 27 - 35 years old. Bachelor or Master\'s degree in related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in a security or risk management-related position. Good English communication skills. Experience and knowledge of investigation tactics, as well as apprehending subjects, are required. Ability to perform and effectively in person and over the phone, using both face-to-face and telephone contact. Good in project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely results. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Have a private vehicle and a valid driver\'s license.
