Over 300 retailers are spread across 4 levels creating the ultimate destination of choice for shopping, dining, entertainment and park life in the area.Lendlease Malaysia is looking for candidates who are interested growing their career as Security Supervisor for Setia City Mall. If you are looking for an exciting role that works closely with a dynamic team and offers growth opportunities, this is the role for you.Security Supervisor is responsible to ensure the safety of everyone at the mall.Your duties include but not limited to the following:Monitor and ensure compliance with BOMBA, Police, Local Authority regulations and Safety & Security requirements.Identify potential security threats and propose remedial actions/measure to the Centre Management.Work with the Fire Command Centre (FCC) on daily operations including security and respond to any emergency situation with proper recording.Supervise and train outsourced security personnel to ensure compliance to contractual requirements and excellent service performance at all times.Ensure safe and secure shopping environment for all patron of the Centre with outstanding customer service.Responsible as part of the emergency response team during crisis management.RequirementsPossess at least SPM with 2 to 3 years of experience in Security team of a Shopping Centre or other security force.Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).Computer literate.Knowledge of local laws and regulations on safety and security related.Knowledge of Private Security Act 1971-KDN and able to handle outsource security operation for the asset.Good interpersonal skills and able to build good working relationships at all levels.Able to work in shifts (based on their roster) including on weekends and Public Holidays.
