DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Basic configuring camera settings prior to shooting.
• Photo and Editing
• Anticipate customer needs
• Follow up on requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide a report to the designated manager/in-charge.
• Help with a physical inventory check on a periodic basis
• Responsible for site preparedness, stocking, cleaning and organization.
• Handling all equipment safely with care.
• Responsible for image quality.
• Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING:

• At least 1 year of related experience
• Customer service-oriented
• Ability to communicate with customers and understand their needs
• Flexible and willing to work on certain weekends and public holidays
• Active and cheerful characteristics
• Basic proficiency in using Apple/Macbook (Mastery in Adobe Photoshop, or Lightroom will be an add-up)
• Knowledgeable in using cameras and lighting equipment
• Interested in technology, social media, and digital content
