Improve adoption and usage of Shopee Ads through providing high quality education for sellers Identify and understand the target audience\'s pain points and learning needs Conduct market research and competitor analysis on advertising education structure and content Produce educational materials (e.g. articles, guides, pitch decks) to clearly explain Shopee Ads\' features and functions to both internal and external parties Manage multiple ongoing ads education requirements to meet feature launch timelines Work with the regional Learning & Development team to plan, create and deliver online learning modules Regularly track and report project progress Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or Communications related fields Excellent command of English, with strong communication and writing skills Highly organised, able to manage multiple ongoing tasks with concurrent deadlines Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Previous experience in online advertising/digital marketing is a plus Previous experience in training/learning & development is a plus Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months) Students who can commit part-time (minimum 3 working days a week) are also welcome to apply
