Job Title Sell-out Activation Planning Lead



In this role,

The Sell-out Activation Planning Lead is to enable our businesses and regions to ensure seamless integration of our customer growth and activation plans for Pure Player and Omni-channel customers in order to deliver upon Philips\xe2\x80\x99 growth and shared ambitions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Establishes capability building for strategic Pure Play and Omnichannel customer planning
  • Establishes process and execution including templates for regions to deliver 1-2 year Pure Play and Omnichannel customer growth plans in partnership with Revenue Management and Top Customer JBP teams
  • Establishes best practice playbooks to set guardrails and expectations for execution in the markets for customer growth and activation planning
  • Define and own readiness KPI\xe2\x80\x99s for end-to-end Pure Play and Omnichannel customer planning
  • Establishes a community of practice and ensures adoption of ways of working for strategic Pure Play and Omnichannel customer and activation planning
  • Continuous focus on improvement activities
  • Capability development and deployment on time/in full, embedded within PEPF
  • Strategic Pure Play & Omnichannel customer sell-out
  • Strategic Pure Play & Omnichannel In-shop-Share growth
  • Pure Play and Omnichannel share of PH global sales
You are a part of

The Global Pure Play and Omnichannel Team, one pillar of our new Philips Personal Health Sales Centre of Excellence under the leadership of Marc Van de Ven. You will report directly to the PH Pure Play and Omnichannel Customer Experience Leader. Our Sales Centre of Excellence will bring together e-commerce enablement, new channel development, revenue growth management, a sales academy, and commercial analytics, all critical capabilities to superior go-to-market execution. The new team will focus on driving excellence in these areas; elevating capabilities and best practices, standardisation & simplification, with trust, transparency and passion for impact. We will foster a performance culture to serve the Business Units and Regions to serve our Commercial Partners, Customers, Shoppers and Consumers to maximise revenue and profitability.

You could be the right fit if you possess these:
  • University Degree (Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Masters) in Business / Marketing
  • 10 - 15 year of related Digital Marketing / eCommerce experience
  • Experience in managing (global) marketing partnerships and relationships with paid & owned consumer touchpoints owners
  • Strategic pure play and omni-channel customer opportunity focused and experience in creating a business growth strategy.
  • Focus on customer collaboration and planning process, ensuring customer is represented in customer experience framework
  • Experience in delivering playbooks to set guardrails and expectations in the market for customer growth and activation planning.
  • Able to define and implement KPI\'s for pure play and omnichannel customer planning.
  • Experience in budget management
  • Enterprise/Growth mindset required to achieve consensus on decisions with various stakeholders externally and internally.
