\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain regular contact with clients \xe2\x80\x93 build good relationship with Clients
\xef\x82\xb7 Lead effective meetings/ conversation
\xef\x82\xb7 Thorough knowledge of client\xe2\x80\x99s business, competitors, and market insights
\xef\x82\xb7 Development of all major and new campaign briefs
\xef\x82\xb7 Recommend appropriate research as required
\xef\x82\xb7 Brief respective teams on campaigns (e.g. Creative, Strategy Planning, Social Media,
Content Strategy & etc.) to brainstorm on ideas and ensuring all deliverables are met
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare strategies for selling creative work to clients ensuring creative is on strategy and
within budget
\xef\x82\xb7 Work conforms with corporate brand identity guidelines and media specifications
\xef\x82\xb7 Creative work confirms with advertising codes, legal and ethical standards
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation and monitoring of annual financial plan \xe2\x80\x93 work closely with Business Director
to prepare, understand & drive revenue
\xef\x82\xb7 Working knowledge of client contracts
\xef\x82\xb7 Approval/ Sign-off of relevant financial related documentation (JCRs, production estimates
etc)
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide clients with accurate monthly budget/actual reconciliations for media/ production
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of accurate monthly client billing forecasts
\xef\x82\xb7 Record and maintain detailed manhours on all tasks
\xef\x82\xb7 Work trafficked in an effective manner \xe2\x80\x93 to ensure all projects deliverables are met
\xef\x82\xb7 Assist Business Director to manage and run team operations - adhere to established
processes and procedures to ensure team members have a clear understanding of job
requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 Team meetings held on a regular basis \xe2\x80\x93 to manage or stir projects in a correct direction/
iron out issues to ensure project run as seamless as possible
\xef\x82\xb7 Mentoring & grooming of junior team members

Qualifications
\xef\x82\xb7 Must be a Malaysian with a good understanding of mass Malaysian thinking/ culture
(understanding of Malay markets)
\xef\x82\xb7 Must be passionate on the Brand \xe2\x80\x93 from its product to its value
\xef\x82\xb7 Able to add business value to the Brand \xe2\x80\x93 beyond just marketing (e.g. sales, operations,
food, insights suggestions & etc.)
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication skills on writing, presentation \xe2\x80\x93 clear communication to clients,
internal & external team
\xef\x82\xb7 Significant previous agency experience \xe2\x80\x93 proven track record
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of all integrated advertising processes/procedures
\xef\x82\xb7 Thorough understanding of integrated marketing (above and beyond creative and planning
concepts)
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of strategic intent and experience in evaluating creative work against it (market
insights)
\xef\x82\xb7 Financial Management Skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Team Player & Leadership \xe2\x80\x93 able to work closely internal team (e.g. Creative, Strategy
Planning, Social Media & etc) and leading the team to ensure all Client\xe2\x80\x99s objective is met
\xef\x82\xb7 Flexibility \xe2\x80\x93 clear understanding and know when to pick the right battles
\xef\x82\xb7 Client Focus \xe2\x80\x93 has the patience to deal with clients & has the ability to assure them on the
right path to walk on
