Position: Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Subang Jaya (Hybrid) (Tues - Thurs Onsite / Other day WFH)



Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and financial performance. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions. Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes. Ensure timely payments of invoices and collections of receivables. Prepare and submit tax returns in line with local regulations. Communicate with tax authorities and external auditors as needed. Coordinate and support internal and external audits. Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies. Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures. Provide training and support to team members as required. Work with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
Requirements:

Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, a Diploma in Accounting, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in the field or a similar area. An associate's degree in accounting may also be considered. Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and accounting software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu. Strong knowledge of accounting systems and processes. Must be disciplined, responsible, patient, and trustworthy with a pleasant personality. Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team and meet deadlines. Proactive, highly motivated, and flexible. Highly organized with a keen attention to detail. Time and schedule sensitive. Fluent in Mandarin and English is a must.
Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM6k- RM7k
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Benefit:

Bonus is based on company annual performance and staff
performance

Outpatient Medical Claim Incentive Based on sales
Allowance:
Working Days: Monday to Friday, Saturday (Halfday)
Monday-Friday: 10am -7pm
Saturday: 10am - 3pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
