Job Description

Job Scopes : - Handles daily accounting and finance operation of entities that being assigned by Superior of which the work involves in checking on collections, processing invoices for payments, monthly closing, etc. - Responsible to ensure preparation, uploading and posting of journals to financial system. Ensure that all journals prepared are supported by appropriate documentation and approvals and that the journals upload, and posting are processed in the correct accounting period, functional currency, legal entity, etc. - Ensure that all matters related to year end statutory audit and tax filings are attended to in a timely manner and in compliance with regulatory requirement. - Responsible to provide monthly expenses movement analysis to GL team for after closing reports. - Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records and systems comply with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s policies, compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations. - To communicate with other departments / business partner person in charge for operation issues related to accounting. Requirements : - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree or Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent. - At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices. - Great communication skills and able to present complex issues in a simple and structured manner. - Able to think and work systematically to identify and recommend process changes to improve work effectiveness and efficiencies, and controls. - Able to work independently, dedicated, results oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
