JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform day-to-day finance operations like General Ledger, Account Payable & Account Receivables functions
- Prepare monthly billings and monitor collections
- Prepare bank reconciliation & petty cash claims
- Perform month end closing and report to management
- Ensure proper filling of all documents related to Company financial
- Maintain management reports and ensure they are accurately prepared on timely basis and adhere to accounting standards
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess Degree in Accounting or other higher academic qualification in accounting or equivalent.
- Preferably candidates who has working experiences in hospitality industry.
- Must be computer literate and familiar with MS Office & Computerized Accounting
- Pleasant personality with good working attitude and independent.
- Preferable candidates that able to start work immediately and willing to work in PJ areas.
- Excellent communications skills, conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Dependable and hardworking.
- Prefer Chinese Female.
