Perform day-to-day finance operations like General Ledger, Account Payable & Account Receivables functions
Prepare monthly billings and monitor collections
Prepare bank reconciliation & petty cash claims
Perform month end closing and report to management
Ensure proper filling of all documents related to Company financial
Maintain management reports and ensure they are accurately prepared on timely basis and adhere to accounting standards
Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess Degree in Accounting or other higher academic qualification in accounting or equivalent.
Preferably candidates who has working experiences in hospitality industry.
Must be computer literate and familiar with MS Office & Computerized Accounting
Pleasant personality with good working attitude and independent.
Preferable candidates that able to start work immediately and willing to work in PJ areas.
Excellent communications skills, conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Dependable and hardworking.
Prefer Chinese Female.
