Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our wholesale fruit and vegetable company. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial aspects of the business and drive the company financial strategy and planning. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing the finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing insightful financial analysis to support business decisions.Key Responsibilities:1. *Financial Management:*- Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.- Coordinate, analyze, and report the financial performance to management and the board of directors (financial performance, projections, and other special projects as required).2. *Budgeting and Forecasting:*- Prepare and present financial budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.3. *Accounting and Compliance:*- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.- Oversee and ensure proper maintenance of the company\'s accounting records.4. *Financial Reporting:*- Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).- Provide financial analyses and reports to the management team for strategic decision-making.5. *Cash Flow Management:*- Manage the company\'s cash flow and ensure there are adequate funds to meet the company\'s operational and investment needs.- Optimize the handling of bank and deposit relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash positions.6. *Cost Management:*- Monitor and control company expenditure, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.- Conduct financial reviews and analysis of cost control mechanisms and processes.7. *Team Management:*- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, ensuring a high level of performance and professional growth.- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations within the finance department.8. *Strategic Planning:*- Assist in the formulation of the company\'s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.- Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.9. *Risk Management:*- Understand and mitigate key elements of the company\'s risk profile.- Monitor all open legal issues involving the company and legal issues affecting the industry.10. *Financial Systems:*- Evaluate and improve financial systems and processes, ensuring they meet the current and future needs of the business.#### Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in the wholesale or FMCG industry.- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, laws, and best practices.- Excellent knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).- Strong leadership and organizational skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
