THE ROLE
The Senior Account Executive provides day-to-day support/services to assigned clients. The incumbent is responsible for delivering quality materials on time and on budget. The social brand Executive supports and collaborates with team members on tactical and strategic aspects of the account.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\xc2\xb7 Accountability for the day-to-day execution of assigned task.
\xc2\xb7 Act as a liaison between all departments, vendors and the client to ensure a timely completion of projects/ campaigns.
\xc2\xb7 Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings, client meetings and client calls.
\xc2\xb7 Participate in planning and execution of operational/tactical aspects of campaigns.
\xc2\xb7 Monitor both client and agency budgets, including oversight of campaign costs.
\xc2\xb7 Provide timely and consistent communication to clients, vendor and internal team on the status of projects
\xc2\xb7 When establishing and executing advertising strategy, provide assistance and present ideas
\xc2\xb7 Assist in preparing Ad brief through client\xe2\x80\x99s accordance and data analysis
\xc2\xb7 Assist various data research and analysis for establishing alternatives of brand/marketing communication strategy, market trends & competitor\xe2\x80\x99s trend/analysis
Qualifications
\xc2\xb7 min. 2 years experience in advertising agency
\xc2\xb7 Experience handling digital client(s) is a bonus
\xc2\xb7 Positive, can-do attitude throughout all tasks big and small
\xc2\xb7 Self-started and inquisitive demeanor
\xc2\xb7 Organized, extremely detail-oriented, and thorough
\xc2\xb7 Ability to multitasks across projects
\xc2\xb7 Understands how to prioritize & coordinate tasks across multiple projects
\xc2\xb7 Meeting preparedness and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
\xc2\xb7 Eager to learn & take on new responsibilities; looks for opportunities to support team and business wherever possible
\xc2\xb7 Proactively seeks out solutions to problems, however knows when to ask for help/guidance
