Manage obligations to suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors, depending on the company assigned. Handle full sets of accounts independently. Reconcile financial statements and perform expense analysis when necessary. Prepare statements of accounts and send timely reminders to ensure on-time payments. Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and process payments via internet banking. Prepare weekly or monthly cash flow projections, including payment listings based on priorities. Liaise with auditors (both local and US), tax agents, and company secretaries as required. Ensure timely filing of the Economic Substance Report and Annual Return for BVI entities. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Participate in finance due diligence exercises when required. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management or superiors. Maintain proper documentation and records for internal and external reporting. Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or similar accounting software is an added advantage.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Accounting

Finance

, or a related field

3-5+ years

of experience in finance or accounting roles. General ledger (GL) management, Month-end/year-end closing, Financial reporting and analysis, Accounts payable/receivable, Bank reconciliations and journal entries Experience with

audit processes

or working with external/internal auditors is an advantage. Proficient in accounting software and ERPs (e.g.

SAP

,

Oracle

,

Xero

,

QuickBooks

). Advanced

Microsoft Excel

skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups). Strong

attention to detail

and

accuracy

.
