Job Position: Senior Account Executive

Salary Up To RM6000

Location: Jasin Melaka

s:

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Capability to lead finance team, assist various departments in accounting issues and queries ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate and support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Collaborating with other departments to complete accurate records and provide accounting support
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with statutory audit and tax requirements.
• Gathering supporting documentation and performing recordkeeping.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports as requested by senior management.

• \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of SAP or Oracle is a plus.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Effective communication skills in both English, Malay, and Mandarin, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information.

• Candidates with manufacture and/or Auditing experience will be prefer.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
