Client\'s Information: We represent a chartered accountant firm that is primed to support SME business as it starts, grows, and thrives. Their services facilitate SMEs to ensure regulatory compliance so that the management can focus on growth which includes advisory, audit, bookkeeping, financing, GST and income tax, management accounting and management services. Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts timely reported to SST submission.
Handle filing, keep records and assuring accurate document filing.
General office administration works.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
To prepare, analyze and report financial results.
Ensure accounting records & systems comply with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Guide /supervise junior works
Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
Candidate preferred to possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/ Post-Graduate Diploma/ Part qualified ACCA in Accountancy or equivalent.
Required Skills;
Basic knowledge of Malaysian Private Entity Reporting Standards and Tax.
Working knowledge of Accounting Software.
Have at least 2 years of related experience will be an added advantage.
Good excel skills.
Strong communication skills and maintaining a good relationship with clients.
Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
