About the job Senior Account Executive | Klang
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full sets of accounts
- Accounts receivable posting and customer credit management
- Perform month-end and year-end closing on time
- Timely preparation of monthly management reporting, variance analysis, cash flow forecast and bank reconciliation
- Year-end audit preparation and liaise with auditors, tax agents and relevant authorities
- Maintain accurate and effective filling system
- Implement internal controls and process improvements with accounting policies and operational processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory reporting and local authorities
- Timely processing of payroll and claims
- Manage office maintenance and provide administrative support
- Assist daily operational duties and performing ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time
- Posses at least LCCI certification, Diploma or Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of experience in handling full set of accounts
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and any accounting software
- Working knowledge of statutory requirements, transfer pricing and SST
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy
