Senior Account Executive
Job Description
1. Handle full set accounts. 2. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations. 3. Handle inter-companies transactions. 4. Timely and accurate recording of AP data entry into the accounting system. 5. Process accounts payable payment and reimbursement per schedule timelines upon request. 6. To ensure month end closing are prioritized and deadline are delivered on time. 7. To handle banking related matters. 8. Handle account receivable and account payable including inventory count. 9. Liaise with auditors on annual statutory audit matters and tax agents on annual tax consumptions and also liaise with bankers and suppliers. 10. Ensure accurate sales capture and produce monthly sales reports. 11. Assist Account Manager in preparing financial statement and management report. budget, forecast, cash flow statement and costing analysis. 12. Any other duties as required by the line manager or Head of Department that are commensurate with the grade.
