YOUR ROLE Prepare and analyse Group\'s accounts and reports for Board members and stakeholders Prepare and conduct analysis of the monthly\'s Group consolidated results by comparing with past year comparative and budgeted results Resolve issues involving reconciliation of inter-company balances between foreign subsidiaries, timing of inter-company billings etc. Preparing ad-hoc reports and papers for the board and senior management. Assisting with the preparation and management of annual budgets.. Liaising with business units and banks to manage an organisation\'s cash flow. Overseeing an organisation\'s consolidated accounts across multiple business units. Managing and overseeing a group\'s accounting system - including implementation and changes as required. Providing financial advice, assistance and guidance to business units. Preparing an organisation\'s income tax return and managing day-to-day tax related matters. WHAT YOU\'LL NEED Minimum Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance or Professional Certificates. Good verbal and written communication skills. Highly motivated with positive discipline.
