Senior Account Executive
Job Description
Responsibilities Assist accountant on month end closing account for oversea subsidiaries, particularly Middle East entities Perform verification to Account Payable, including payment to suppliers, staff claims and etc Prepare sales invoices for company records Responsible for maintaining price memo information for sales recording, expenses accruals purpose prepare monthly PL and BS account analysis and explain the flux Prepare VAT return on quarterly basis Coordinate with local finance and staff on any account related issues. Assist in all financial reporting matters, including monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting Assist in year end statutory reporting and corporate tax implementation in Middle East Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting is a must At least 4-8 years of experience in accounting field and perform full sets of accounts Must be able to communicate in English and Mandarin as need to liaise with clients in China and Middle East Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
