• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Preferred: Holder of recognized accounting qualifications in Malaysia, such as ACCA, CIMA, MICPA, or LCCI Advanced
• Familiar with Malaysian financial regulations and tax systems (e.g., Income Tax Act 1967, Sales Tax Act 2018).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in manufacturing or trading industries
• Experience in handling full-set accounting and financial statement preparation independently
• Familiarity with financial software (e.g., SQL Accounting, ABSS, common in Malaysia) is preferred.
• Proficient in financial accounting processes and accounting standards (e.g., MFRS)
• Strong data analysis ability to identify issues and propose suggestions from financial data
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel functions) and financial software
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu
• Able to work in Banting (nearby Sepang)

Tanggungjawab

• Responsible for daily financial accounting, including bookkeeping, voucher entry, invoice management, and bank reconciliation, ensuring accurate and compliant financial data
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, etc.) and conduct financial data analysis
• Assist in tax filing to ensure compliance with Malaysian tax laws (e.g., SST, income tax) and relevant regulations
• Manage company cash flow, monitor income and expenses, and assist in budgeting and financial planning
• Coordinate with auditors, provide required financial documents, and ensure smooth audit processes
• Maintain financial systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) to ensure timely and accurate data updates.
