Job Overview:

As a Senior Account Executive at JYC Battery Sdn. Bhd., you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate management reporting and comply with applicable accounting standards and procedures. Account Senior Executive will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the company's growth objectives. The job role also required participation in projects and ad-hoc assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full set of accounts and oversee all related accounting tasks using SQL Accounting Software; Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable including payment plan schedule; Process payment for overseas suppliers - IF/TT; Perform routine accounting functions such as data entry and invoice checking; o Liaise with external parties such as external auditors, company secretaries, tax agents, bank officers, and government agencies; Submit bi-monthly Sales Tax Return (SST); Maintain and manage record for Schedule C exemption; Processing LC payment for export orders; Handle Bank Guarantee (BG) for expatriates from HQ in China; Assist in monthly stock takes; o Prepare cash flow and maintain fixed asset register; Manage and coordinate annual audits and tax return fillings; Liaise with Finance Director from HQ in China regarding account tasks; Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Directors

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
