ACCA/ Degree in Accounting or equivalent
At least 5 years of auditing/ accounting experience, preferably with Real Estate/Property Development sector.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Tanggungjawab

Prepare full sets of accounts and management reports within stipulated deadline.
Responsible for AP & AR functions
Prepare bank reconciliation report
Cashflow planning and forecast
Perform monthly general ledger review
Provides guidance, advice and support to direct reports
Prepare audit and tax schedule for annual audit and tax.
To liaise with tax agent, auditor, banker and company secretary, etc.
