Duties and Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Specialize in handling full set accounts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain and prepare daily transaction and reporting in accounting system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge on Autocount accounting software will be added advantage. Complete, update and reconcile daily bank record to ensure no discrepancy in banking. \xe2\x80\xa2 Compile, prepare and submit monthly and annual financial report for management within closing timeline. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 invoices are properly verified, approved and effect payment within the agreed credit term. \xe2\x80\xa2 Issue payment and prepare payment vouchers to supplier as per schedule. \xe2\x80\xa2 Issue cheque, letters and documents required for financial purpose. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in financial audit, taxation, statutory and banking matters including liaisons with the banker, auditor and tax agent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and liaise with other departments on all accounting matters and resolve queries or problems that arise. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review, verify and prepare staff expenses claim. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support on ad-hoc, monthly and annual financial & management reports. Qualifications \xe2\x80\xa2Candidates must posses at least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa23 years or above experienced in accounting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Independent, organized, commitment to dateline and excellent communication skills with analyse.
