Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Account Executive

in managing the company's accounts and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

This full-time position is responsible for managing and growing key client relationships to support the company's strategic sales objectives.

What's your role?

Full Set of Accounts Management:

- Handle full set of accounting, ensure timely and accurate financial reports and other related schedule

Bank Reconciliation

- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions

Invoice Verification

- Verify daily invoice documents from vendors and inter-company group

Staff Claims Handling

- Handle staff claims and ensure reimbursements are made based on company policy

Audit Support

- Assist in yearly audit listing for accounts payable (AP) required listing

Accounting System Maintenance

- Maintain and update accounting records in SQL Accounting Software

Policy Compliance

- Enforce company policies and procedures where relevant or identified in any business transactions

Who We're Looking For :

Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent in any field

Minimum 3 years of experience in Senior Accounts Executive or in a similar role

Familiarity with accounts payable processes and procedures

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems

Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Ability to prioritize work and meet deadline

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Bandar Botanic: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
