Job Description

You will be responsible for various financial reporting deliverables in accordance with internal policies, financial reporting standards and relevant laws and regulations as well as maintaining a strong relationship with existing accounts. Your effective communication and interpersonal skills will help you succeed as a Senior Account Executive. Job Responsibilities Responsible in handling full set of accounts, prepare, monitoring and analyse all financial reports and ensure these reports are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Monitor company cash flows & prepare cash flow projection. Responsible to prepare tax computation, tax estimate, tax related matters and to ensure compliance of deadlines of statutory requirements. Responsible to coordinate and prepare reports for periodic budget, business plan, projection, and performance target. Liaise with Head Office, communicate with internal other departments, financial institutions, auditors, tax agent and other statutory bodies on accounting and financial related matters. Leading, supervise and review accounting staff to perform accounts works. Initiate and monitor trade receivable to ensure promptly collection within the payment terms and before an account become overdue. To coordinate and involve in the Company Internal Quality Audit. Adhere and compliance with company\'s policies and in accordance with accounting standards and statutory laws and regulations. Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree or relevant Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent from a recognized institution Minimum 3-5 years working experience in related field Detailed with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive and able to meet tight deadline Meticulous and good interpersonal skills to drive team work Good command of both written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia Knowledge in SQL accounting software will be an added advantage Well verse in Microsoft Office software
