Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience in Accounting Software/System is preferred.
  • Experience in full set of accounting is required.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A hands-on person with a keen eye for details and team player.
  • Candidate must possess own transport and willing to work at Jalam TUDM, Shah Alam.

Responsibilities

Company background:

Our well-established client is One of Malaysia\'s leading manufacturers of detergents, household and industrial cleaning products. They are looking for a dynamic and result oriented candidate to fill their current job opening of Senior Account Executive, to be based in Shah Alam, Selangor.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for overall generation of full set of accounts including preparation and verifications of journals, managing general ledger module and supervising operation of accounts receivable, payables, cash, and bank.
  • Prepare and verify of account reconciliations, creditor reconciliations, accounting schedules and monthly financial reports to management.
  • Prepare quarterly financial, annual budget, forecasting reports, tax computation provision, and deferred tax.
  • Prepare, review, and ensure timely submission of monthly/quarterly/yearly financial and statutory reports.
  • Prepare audit schedules, intercompany reconciliation, and transaction movement.
  • Prepare and update fixed assets record, SST-02 sales tax and transfer pricing report.
  • Verify all invoices, credit notes, debit notes, purchase order and etc before issuance of payments.
  • Verify all payments issued before passing to the FC for approval.
  • In charge of banking transaction and bank facility.
  • Liaise with external parties (auditor, tax agent, group tax, LHDN, banker, lawyer, and officer in government departments).
  • Maintain internal control documentation and SOP for finance department.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
