Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Accountancy or Higher
- At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Can speak in English, B.Malaysia and Mandarin
- Strong negotiating/influencing skills
- Demonstrated cross-functional team leadership skills
- Plan, coordinate and execute accounting jobs
- Supervising junior staff
- Reviewing journal entries of junior accountants to ensure accuracy
- Assisting with financial and tax audits
- Training and mentoring junior staff
- Liasing with clients on any issue arises
- Develop and implement policies and procedures with emphasis on internal controls
- Yearly increment based on performance
- Yearly bonus based on performance

- Yearly company trip (Local/Overseas)
