Job Description

\xc2\xb7 Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company. \xc2\xb7 Oversee the operations and development of the company\xe2\x80\x99s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures. \xc2\xb7 Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting. \xc2\xb7 Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company\xe2\x80\x99s finances. \xc2\xb7 Supervise the documentation of the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial status and forecasts. \xc2\xb7 Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences. \xc2\xb7 Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company\xe2\x80\x99s status and financial forecasts. \xc2\xb7 Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company\xe2\x80\x99s actual performance compared to the business plans. \xc2\xb7 Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. \xc2\xb7 Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained. \xc2\xb7 Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining the financial health of the organization. \xc2\xb7 Any ad hoc task by higher management.
