- Plan every payment to contractors as well as utility bill for monthly services.
- Prepare payment voucher for every payment made to service providers (make sure complete with supporting documents as per bill and invoice).
- Thoroughly process payments to contractors for repair and maintenance work by ensuring all related document as submitted before payments are made.
- Update monthly vendor ledger every vendor / suppliers and utility bills.
- Prepare proposal payments every month and compile all the PV and vendor for superior signature.
- Perform other related work as and when assigned from time to time.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of management and financial reports in compliance with approved accounting standard.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory requirements including SST, Withholding Tax and Income Tax.
- Overlooking and hands-on on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable function.
- Continual assessment and make recommendation to improve of financial processes and controls as we expand.
- Financial reporting and analysis of figures to recommend areas of improvement (budget).
- Liaise with auditors, and other financial and regulatory authorities
- Update account payable for all company.
- Manage an internet banking for all company.
- Daily update the account system.
- Prepare monthly closing for each company.
- Any other ad-hoc assignment.
