We are currently seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team in our Bangsar South office. Reporting to the Senior Sales Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

Understanding the operations flow of customers in warehousing and distribution

Providing consulting services to re-engineer the process flow of customer's current processes

To present and demonstrate the best practices of Honeywell Logistics software solutions

To integrate the customer's process flow with Honeywell's technology and solution

Knowledge sharing of current state of the art technology in warehousing operations and latest information technologies such as databases, reporting tools(market intelligent savvy), development environment and operating systems etc

Analyse and interpret the outcome of ROI to convince higher management

Articulate to customers the logistics software life cycle

Manage RFI, RFP and RFQ

Compilation of technical proposals and solution proposals.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

Knowledge of Warehousing and distribution operations thoroughly (candidates with WMS implementation or warehouse operations background preferred)

Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse and distribution operations or WMS

Frequent travel for business both domestically and internationally

Enthusiastic, persuasive and high convincing skills

Excellent solution consulting skills

Knowledge of ERP, supply chain software and logistics software available in the market

Knowledge in retail/e-commerce and 3PL industry

Knowledge in the latest information technologies such as databases, reporting tools (market intelligence savvy), development environment and operating systems etc

Knowledge in software implementations, data interface between software and software as well as software and hardware

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
