Responsibilities:
Handle full set accounts
Assist in formulation of strategic plans and internal controls of the inter-company transactions & balances to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures;
To ensure the compliance with all statutory requirements i.e accounting, tax and etc;
Supervise, monitor and provide guidance to subordinates in carrying out the duties;
Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Certification in Accountancy with minimum 3 years relevant experience in similar capacity, preferably in property development and/or construction industry;
Diploma holder but with 5 years and above related working experience will be highly considered;
Required language: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage;
Positive working attitude, responsibility, integrity and with analytical aptitude;
Some extent of flexibility and problem solving skills are necessary to perform ad-hoc assignment.
Knowledge of property management software and/or systems will be definitely advantageous to the application.
