- Senior Accountant cum Account Executive

URGENT HIRING
We are seeking an

Experienced Senior Accountant cum Account Executive

to join our team which focus on

Real Estate

. The ideal candidate must have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with full set accounts, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

full set of accounts

including AP, AR, GL,

ledger management

, bank reconciliation, and reporting. Issue invoices, receipts, and manage tenant accounts (real estate industry experience is an advantage). Prepare and maintain

management accounts

with accurate monthly financial statements and reporting for management review. Perform meticulous

bank reconciliations

including cheque entries, payment knock-offs, and proper recording of all payables and receivables. Process and manage

security deposits

(entries, refunds, transfers) with accurate reconciliation in line with legal and contractual requirements. Liaise with external auditors and attend to audit queries independently. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements (SST, taxation, etc.).

Requirements

Minimum

4 years of accounting experience

(real estate industry experience is an advantage). Proficient in

AutoCount

(or similar accounting software). Strong knowledge in

ledger management, bank reconciliation, and full set accounts

. Proven ability to prepare

management accounts

and financial reports. Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to work with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Able to repair and clear backlog if any.

Salary

RM4,000 - RM5,000

(higher for highly qualified candidates).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
