Senior Accounting Analyst
Job Description
: Responsible for the local accounting monthly closing activities, including reporting, preparing and reviewing reconciliations (end to end) Account variance analysis for reporting purpose (Month to Month, Year to Year and explanations) Support daily to AP, AR and Treasury functions, ensuring efficient and accurate finance processes for all local operations Assist in ensuring effective internal control procedures and compliance of accounting standards, company policies and statutory requirements Preparation of accounting obligations and ancillary declarations (ECD, Censo, Bacen, RDE, etc) Interface with internal and external auditors Bridging Local x US GAAP Responsible for improvements in accounting processes and activities, making them more efficient Assist in ensuring effective internal control procedures and compliance of accounting standards, company policies and statutory requirements. Requirements: Bachelor degree in Accounting or related Experience in Accounting area Experience working in an outsourcing accounting company is a plus Advanced English - written and spoken Proficiency in IFRS and US GAAP Advanced Excel user Flexibility to work on a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a collaborative team and work in a growing and dynamic environment Knowledge in leasing according to IFRS 16 Knowledge in Payroll transactions.
