Our client is a Healthcare multinational corporation with an established presence in Malaysia. They are looking to hire an experienced Senior Accounts Executive, who will be responsible for GL, Treasury and Accounts Payable matters for the assigned legal entity(s) in the company. This role will be supporting and reporting directly to Finance Team Lead, based in PJ.Key Responsibilities:
- Works closely and support GL team on both daily and month end close activities.
- Responsible for treasury tasks which includes preparation of banking journals and daily cash reports.
- Perform bank reconciliation and liaison with HQ team for resolution of issues.
- Perform accounts payable tasks which includes vendor creation and verification works for vendors.
- Actively involve in resolution of any suppliers or vendor-related issues.
- Provide assistance to other finance team for accounting tasks as required.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as and when required.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant finance-related experience.
- Possess Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accounting or professional qualification ie. ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Possess ability to work independently and good stakeholder management.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English.
