Job Description

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage our daily accounting and payroll functions. This role involves preparing financial statements, managing cash flow, ensuring timely payments, handling statutory submissions and maintaining accurate financial records. You will also be responsible for insurance renewals, licensing matters and liaising with auditors where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all payments including accounts payable, staff claims and expenses. Handle full payroll processing, including overtime and standby claims. Act as Maker for online banking transactions. Handling of renewal/new insurance (fire insurance/motor vehicle), road tax, and staff insurance matters. Handle renewal of ASP/NSP & NFP/CASP licenses and preparation of RONR reports. Prepare/submit statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) on a monthly basis. Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing of accounting records. Prepare and submit statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) monthly. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in accounting or finance roles. Hands-on experience in full payroll processing is required. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, AutoCount) and Microsoft Excel. Strong knowledge of statutory contributions and HR related financial processes. Familiarity with online banking approval workflows. Detail-oriented, organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial and payroll data. Experience with insurance and licensing matters is an added advantage.
