Prepare and ensure timely monthly accounting closing and preparation of financial and management report.
Handle full set of accounts, general ledger, monthly reconciliation of debtor/creditors.
Prepare journal for provision, accruals and charge out before month-end closing of management reporting.
Prepare monthly inter-company reconciliation.
To prepare monthly audit and tax schedules.
To process month-end closing tasks.
Perform general ledger (GL) and other related Financial Reporting and Accounting functions as required.
Support in any compliance audits and respond to audit queries.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, bank reports, and various analysis reports to relevant parties.
Tabulate variance analysis relating to actual versus forecast results for business units and management tracking and decision-making.
Job Requirements:
Possess at least Diploma/Degree in accounting or equivalent accounting qualifications i.e. part ACCA, or graduate in accounting related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and with knowledge of any accounting system.
Preferably with a least 3-5 years of working experience.
Meticulous with figures, accurate, knows how to handle stress and shows initiative.
