The Senior Account Executive will responsible for; Supervise the Accounting team Continuously monitor, highlight and explain to Management significant variances between all prior year, budgeted and actual revenue and expenditures amounts. To monitor and ensure all monthly accounting accruals, prepayments entries intercompany transactions, and division consolidation entries are accurately classified, recognized and recorded in the monthly management, quarterly and yearly in a timely manners To prepare account monthly and quarterly financial statements and management accounts (profit loss, balance sheet and cash flow statement) with the required detailed analysis and accompanying written commentary . To assist in the preparation of Audited Financial Statement (s) To liaise with Banks/ Financial institutions for daily account balances, payments, revenues, transaction inquiries and loans/financial obligations. To ensure compliance with the applicable/relevant standards. To stay up date of changes in accounting standard and legislative and regulatory requirements pertaining to audit, financial management and taxation. Attend all audits matters Attend all taxation matters.
