SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (with construction experience)Job Responsibility:

Oversee & supervise of accounting and responsibilities for the financial reporting, audit, taxation and staff supervision
Yearly management of accounts, financial reports and tax supervision
Preparation of monthly and yearly budget report
Preparation of monthly cash flow, proposal and discussion with director on the project of cash flow
Liase with auditors, computer secretaries, tax consultants and bankers
Bank guaranteed for projects
Staff payroll
Tax assessment CP204
Yearly and monthly work progress

Job Requirement:

Chinese speaking candidates only
A Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, and professional qualification (ACCA etc)
Must have construction experience
Preferbally at least 2 years experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills couple with good knowledge of financial accounting standards and taxation matters.
Mature, multi-tasking, committed, positive work attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin & Bahasa
