\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfOur client is a Manufacturing company that specializes in GI Purlins (C & Z Profile), metal roofing sheets and multi roof truss & batten for building industries that covers across the whole Malaysia!

Job Responsibilities

• \xef\xbb\xbfAble to prepare full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and understood applicable accounting principle in accordance with Malaysia Private Entities Reporting Standards (MPERS).
• To prepare accounting reports, payment voucher, monthly P&L, month end year end closing, monthly balance sheet with general ledger.

• Maintain up-to-date AP and AR records and perform bank reconciliation.
• To prepare analysis / schedule for audit and tax requirement.
• To review management accounts, draft audited accounts and tax computation.
• To liaise with company secretary, auditors, tax agent, bankers, lawyers and government/state officer.
• To assist in cash flow planning, tax planning, budget and variance comparison.
• Monthly stock taking & inventory checking.

• Handling on accounting matter.
• Relevant data entry to support finance document.
• To perform any additional duties that commensurate with the position, experience and qualification which is assigned on an ad hoc basis.

\xef\xbb\xbfJob Requirements

• Min Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Min 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting related fields.
• Proficient and familiar with any accounting software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google office suite, especially Excel and Sheets.
• Resourceful, with a positive and problem-solving attitude.

• Initiative, drive and enthusiasm.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Responsible, efficient and structured with attention to detail.
• Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work well under pressure.
