Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full set of accounts for VAD Capital and its subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Develop cash flow forecasting, budget planning, and financial analysis for management review. Monitor and control subsidiary financial performance, highlighting risks and opportunities. Ensure proper internal controls and compliance with statutory requirements. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and legal advisors when necessary. Support senior management in strategic planning and business expansion initiatives. Coach and monitor junior finance executive in daily task Other ad-hock task/project may assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with 3 to 5 years' experience in full set of account Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax. Familiar with QuickBooks accounting software is an added value. Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (preferred). Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
