- Minimum diploma in accounting or professional certificate in accounting
- Minimum 1-2 years related working experience in Account Payable.
- Preferably in the real estate agency industry with the knowledge of accounts payable processes and commission calculation.
- Knowledge of Income tax regulations and compliance is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Malaysian tax regulations on preparation of CP58 forms and withholding tax.
- Validate agents commission
- Summarizing agents\' total earnings and commission.
- Ensure accuracy of agents payments & statements
- CP58 form preparations
