o Position: Senior Accounts Executive.
o Salary: RM 4000-5000.
o Job location: Kelana Jaya (5-day week), Petaling Jaya.Our client is a group of companies engaged in engineering and construction activities and property development. They have completed a vast portfolio of building and construction services ranging from housing, high-rise condominium and commercial buildings, factory and hospitals. Currently they are looking for an accounting qualified professional who can hit the ground running and be focus on producing their management accounts. This role will be based at their corporate head office at Kelana Jaya in Petaling Jaya.
Reporting to the Accounts & Administration Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to key functions within the business. In this role, you will have exposure to financial and management accounting and treasury functions besides the administrative activities.
Responsibilities
o Manage day to day administrative and operational activities of the business operations.
o Responsible to prepare the monthly Financial statement/Reports.
o Manage the company\'s accounts in accordance to the statutory requirements and standards accounting conventions.
o Manage and control the company\'s expenditure.
o Posting suppliers invoices to accounting system.
o Processing and raising payments to suppliers and sub-contractors.
o Reconciling suppliers statements to the accounting system.
o Review the company\'s financial position and monitor cash flow.
o Prepare tax computation and schedules for annual tax submission.
Candidate Profile
This Executive role would suit some one with over 3 years experience working in construction and/or property development industry.
Previous experience within the property development industry will be a real advantage.
o Malaysian in age group 26-35.
o Minimum qualification must be LCCI Diploma in Accounting or Bachelor degree in Accountancy or professional qualification ACCA (Part/full).
o Able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communication skills; plus conversant in BM and Mandarin.
