Ensure monthly closing deadlines are met, prepare the balance sheet schedules & journals.
Assist and ensure the profit margin for all sales categories is correct.
Prepare journal for provision, accruals and charge out before month-end closing of management reporting.
To process month-end closing tasks.
Support in any compliance audits and respond to audit queries.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, bank reports, and various analysis reports for relevant parties.
Tabulate variance analysis relating to actual versus forecast results for business units and management tracking and decision-making.
Prepare monthly presentations for management meetings.
Assist in cash flow monitoring and payment processes.
Bi-monthly submission of SST to Kastam.
Liaise and attend to questions from the billing and sales department.
To prepare monthly audit and tax schedules.
Attend information requests from tax agents and auditors for statutory legislative requirements.
Assist in yearly audit exercise and prepare financial statements and corporate tax submissions.
Preparing cash flow projections and relevant reports for management review.
Prepare and present consolidated financial statements to the group.
Admin / HR role
Work with HR case management tool to handle employee queries/requests
Facilitate employee probation review and contract renewal and dismissals process
Manage employee time records and filing
Provide work administration-related monthly payroll data
Administrate employee personnel file
Support employee personal government-related documents application/renewal
Job Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in accounting or equivalent accounting qualifications i.e. part ACCA, or graduate in accounting related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and with knowledge of any accounting system.
Preferably with a least 5-6 years of working experience
