We are looking for Accounts Executive to join our team as the company moves into its next phase of expansion. You will manage the full spectrum of accounting operations while supporting management with financial reporting and insights to drive business growth. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the Service line industry who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow into a leadership path as the company scales

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields with professional qualifications.
  • Proven experience in managing full set of accounts, tax compliance, and supervising a team.
  • Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant or with professional certifications.
  • Organization, multi-tasking skills and detailed oriented.
  • Uphold confidentiality and safeguard company records at all times.
  • Practical experience with Auto Count Accounting Software.
  • Able communicate in English and Mandarin will be added advantages.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site in Ara Damansara.
Tanggungjawab
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across admin and other departments.
  • Manage the GL, AR and AP functions & Full Set of Account.
  • Manage and monitor compliance with SST regulations including return submission, reconciliation, and SST audits to meet deadline.
  • Prepare annual and/or periodic management accounts and statutory accounts
  • Provide guidance and manage the work delegation
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory reports (LHDN, SST, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).
  • Reconciliation of monthly key ledger, balance sheet and profit & loss accounts
  • Complete management reporting activities such as analysis and reconciliation reports.
  • Prepare and/or review monthly payroll calculations and related monthly and year-end remuneration returns to the various government bodies.
  • Communicate with auditors and regulators and answering queries from clients.
  • Undertake and oversee other ad-hoc projects or duties as may be required from time to time.
  • Monitor collections, AR aging, and follow-up with customers for overdue payments.
