About the Company:
A reputable supplier of high-quality tyre products and a reliable service provider for all types of motor vehicles since the establishment of the company over 50 years ago.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling of daily accounting operational activities and preparation of full set of accounts/maintaining general ledger.
• Preparation of tax schedules & documents required by tax agent tax computations and submission of monthly GST report.
• Implement & maintain accounting system, internal controls and ensure adherence to working procedures/policies of the company.
• The duties include assisting the Asst Finance Account Manager to prepare annual budget & forecast P&L, Balance Sheet & Cashflow, monthly budgetary control, costing review, corporate exercises and conduct financial self-audit, etc.
• Liaise with auditor, tax agent, bankers, lawyer, corporate secretary and other statutory/government bodies.
• Responsible for timely and accurate monthly financial and management reporting.
• Ensure an effective management of payable, receivable, fixed assets and treasury matters cash balance. Ie bank reconciliation review , Fixed assets, AR & AP control a/c reconciliation.
• Preparation of monthly profit & loss account and balance sheet report and submit to management before 15th of every month.
• Responsible for any other ad-hoc reports & assignments as and when assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting ie ACCA, CIMA, MICPA & ASCPA etc
• Minimum of 3-5 years of working experiences (Preferably have work experiences in audit firm)
• Good working knowledge in using accounting software (SAPB1, UBS Accounting) and MS Office.
• An independent, meticulous, well organized, able to work under minimum supervision and meeting tight deadlines.

Additional Information:

Location: Seksyen 22, Shah Alam

Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays, Alternate half Saturday

Salary: Up to MY5,000
