o Position: Senior Accounts Executive.
o Salary: RM 4000-6000.
o Job location: Petaling Jaya (5 working-day week),Selangor.

Our client is a group of companies engaged in engineering and construction activities and property development. They have completed a vast portfolio of building and construction services ranging from housing, high-rise condominium and commercial buildings, factory and hospitals. Currently they are looking for an accounting qualified professional who can hit the ground running and be focus on producing their management accounts. This role will be based at their corporate head office at Petaling Jaya in Selangor.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Accounts & Administration Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to key functions within the business. In this varied role, you will have exposure to financial and management accounting and treasury functions besides the administrative activities.
Role:
o Manage the company\'s accounts in accordance to the statutory requirements and standards accounting conventions.
o Manage and control the company\'s expenditure.
o Posting suppliers invoices to accounting system
o Processing and raising payments to suppliers and sub-contractors.
o Reconciling suppliers statements to the accounting system.
o Carry out daily collection and issuance of official receipts, bank-in and collection report.
o Review the company\'s financial position and monitor cash flow.
o Carry out SST/annual tax computations for submission to Inland Revenue.
Candidate Profile
This senior Executive role would suit someone with over 3 three years experience working in construction and/or property development industry.
Previous experience within the construction industry will be a real advantage.
o Malaysian male or female in age group 28-38.
o Minimum qualification must be LCCI Diploma in Accounting or Bachelor degree in Accountancy.
o Able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
