Job Description
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia\'s Technology Division is recruiting on behalf of a dynamic company in the mobile services industry, addressing the increasing demand for mobile-related services in the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Monthly Management Report (Full Set Account)
- Prepare AR/JV/PV/CJ & key into UBS Accounting Software
- Prepare Balance Sheet/Profit & Loss
- Prepare AP Aging & AR Aging
- Bank Reconciliation
- Interco adjustment
- Issue & Prepare Monthly Invoice
- Liaise with Auditor/Tax Agent/Secretary during audit or necessary.
- Prepare Monthly/Weekly CF Report to HQ
- Control PR for Partner /AD vendor invoice/Supplier
- Follow up payment status with Customer.
- Degree/Diploma in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Finance/Accounts
- Independence and confident in dealing with Auditors and other relevant authorities.
- Resourceful and able to communicate with all levels.
