Role Description This is a full-time role for a Senior Accounts, HR & Admin located on-site in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will assist Finance Manager in Accounting functions, especially reporting and accounts closing. They will also manage HR administrative duties including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Other responsibilities will include maintaining records, producing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in financial management, HR, and administration Experience with accounting software would be a plus Understanding of financial and human resources laws and regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Experience in the Tourism / Travel industry is a plus Certifications in accounting and HR are a plus
